MMS Submits Information Collection Request for Prospecting Regulations on Outer Continental Shelf

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule to renew paperwork requirements for prospecting minerals other than oil, gas, and sulphur on the Outer Continental Shelf, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
