U.S. Department of Homeland Security Proposes New System of Records for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Intelligence Records

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing a new system of records, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Intelligence Records System (IIRS), to support law enforcement intelligence and homeland security purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
