Department of Homeland Security Proposes New System of Records for Science & Technology Research

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to add a new system of records, Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Records, to maintain records of Science & Technology-funded research activities, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
