New Regulations for Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks

The U.S. Department of the Interior has published a final rule to manage winter visitation and recreational use in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, as well as the John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Memorial Parkway, following a court order that reinstated the 2004 final rule on winter use without its sunset provisions, published on November 7, 2008.
