Federal Government Seeks Comments on Proposed Information Collection Activities

The Office of Management and Budget is reviewing proposed information collection activities under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and invites public comments on the collection of information listed below, which was previously announced in a Federal Register notice published on September 25, 2008.
