FMCSA Receives Applications for Exemptions from Epilepsy Prohibition for Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced the receipt of applications from 15 individuals seeking exemptions from the rule prohibiting individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders from operating commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce.
