CBP Invites Public Comment on Arrival/Departure Record Forms and ESTA

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public feedback on reducing paperwork burden related to Form I-94, Form I-94W, and the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
