U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Arboretum Project in California

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for The Arboretum project, a mixed-use residential and commercial development in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County, CA, following a permit application by Lewis Operating Corp. to fill approximately 31.78 acres of waters of the United States, including wetlands, to construct the project.
