OSM Invites Public Comment on Request for Valid Existing Rights in Daniel Boone National Forest, Kentucky

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking public input on a proposal to use an existing Forest Service road as a coal mine access and haul road within the Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky, with the majority of the mine located on privately owned land.
