FCC Seeks Public Comments on Market-Based Rate Requirements

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is requesting public comments on its market-based rate requirements, as outlined in Section 205 of the Federal Power Act and Section 203 of the Federal Power Act, following a recent workshop discussion.
