Competing Preliminary Permit Applications Accepted for Filing and Soliciting Comment for Hydropower Project

Renewable Energy Development, LLC and Calligan Power, LLC are seeking public comment on competing preliminary permit applications for a hydropower project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is accepting filings and motions to intervene, and the companies are also submitting competing applications.
