NMFS Seeks Comments on Marine Mammal Taking Authorization for Anchorage Marine Terminal Project

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a request from the Port of Anchorage and the U.S. Department of Transportation Maritime Administration to take marine mammals incidental to the redevelopment of the Port's Marine Terminal, from July 2009 to July 2014.
