NOAA Proposes Changes to Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Regulations

NOAA is proposing technical corrections and minor changes to the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary regulations to clarify intent and address outdated citations, including updates to the definition of coral, safe distances between vessels, and prohibitions in Research-only Areas.
