U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Expands Restricted Area in Port Townsend Bay for Naval Security and Safety
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a final rule to expand a restricted area in Port Townsend Bay, Washington, to ensure public security and safety for naval vessels. The area will be marked on navigation charts.
