West Virginia Regulatory Program Amendments Approved

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has approved two proposed amendments to its regulatory program, addressing cumulative hydrologic impact assessments and material damage to the hydrologic balance, as part of its cumulative hydrologic impact assessment (CHIA) process.
