Office of Personnel Management Requests OMB Review and Clearance for Revised Information Collection

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance of a revised collection of information, including questionnaires for national security, public trust, and non-sensitive positions, and has also requested to discontinue clearance of certain related forms.
