FSIS Requests Renewal of Sanitation SOPs and HACCP Systems Information Collection

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking to extend the approval for its information collection on Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems requirements, which is set to expire on July 31, 2026.
