Nuclear Regulatory Commission Corrects Final Rule on Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is correcting a final rule that was published in the Federal Register on June 9, 2008, to address an error in the amendatory instruction related to licensee reporting requirements for source material and special nuclear material.
