Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Fee Schedule Changes to Recover 90% of FY 2009 Budget

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to amend its fee schedules to recover approximately $864.8 million, 90% of its FY 2009 budget, in accordance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 (OBRA-90).
