Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Cooperation with States at Commercial Nuclear Power Plants

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for renewal of an existing information collection related to cooperation with states at commercial nuclear power plants and other production or utilization facilities, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
