US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Updates to Nuclear Equipment and Material Export and Import Regulations
The US NRC is proposing to update its regulations governing the export and import of nuclear equipment and material, allowing for the import of certain materials under a general license and revising the definition of radioactive waste.
