EDF Development, Inc. and Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC Receive Renewed Licenses for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Following Approval of Corporate Restructuring Proposal

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved the corporate restructuring proposal submitted by EDF Development, Inc. and Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC, allowing them to renew their licenses for the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, which includes units 1 and 2.
