Federal Acquisition Regulation to Adjust Acquisition-Related Thresholds for Inflation
Summary
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to reflect inflation adjustments to acquisition-related thresholds, as mandated by the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005, every 5 years, starting in 2010.
