US Government Updates Federal Acquisition Regulation to Reflect Trade Agreements
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing an interim rule to increase thresholds for applying the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and the Free Trade Agreements, as determined by the United States Trade Representative.
