Federal Acquisition Regulation; Award-Fee Language Revision

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have adopted the revised Federal Acquisition Regulation, which implements changes to the FAR based on the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 and the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009, as well as the Office of Federal Procurement Policy guidance memorandum from December 4, 2007.
