Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel Allowances

This bulletin provides guidance to employees of agencies subject to the FTR to enhance travel cost savings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This guidance will improve management of agency travel programs, save money on travel costs, better protect the environment, and conserve natural resources. Other agencies not subject to the FTR are also encouraged to follow this guidance and incorporate these strategies into their travel management policies, procedures, and activities related to official travel. Bulletin FTR 10-06 and all other Bulletins may be found at http://www.gsa.gov/bulletins.

Submission for OMB Review; System for Award Management Annual Certification of Compliance With Executive Order 14400, Urgent National Action To Save College Sports

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a revision to an existing information collection requirement regarding OMB Control No. 3090-0310; Nondiscrimination in Federal Financial Assistance Programs, GSA Forms 3702 and 3702R. This information is needed to facilitate nondiscrimination in GSA's Federal financial assistance programs, consistent with Federal civil rights laws and regulations that apply to recipients of Federal financial assistance.
