Federal Acquisition Regulation; HUBZone Program Revisions

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to reflect changes to the Small Business Administration's HUBZone Program, requiring HUBZone small businesses to spend at least 50% of contract costs on their own employees or subcontract employees of other HUBZone small businesses.
