DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Revised Federal Acquisition Regulation for Payrolls and Basic Records

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have finalized, with a minor adjustment, the interim rule updating the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to modify the Payrolls and Basic Records clause, in line with a Department of Labor regulation that safeguards worker privacy.
