U.S. Commission Investigates Footwear Tariff Schedule for Potential Modifications

The U.S. Commission is reviewing the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to consider adding an Additional U.S. Note and amending certain classification provisions for footwear featuring rubber or plastic outer soles with added textile material, following a letter from the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
