Notice of Investigation into Certain Electronic Devices with Multi-Touch Enabled Touchpads and Touchscreens

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging that certain electronic devices with multi-touch enabled touchpads and touchscreens infringe on a U.S. patent. The complainant, Elan Microelectronics Corporation, is seeking an investigation and potential exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
