Notification of Employee Rights Under the National Labor Relations Act

The National Labor Relations Board has delayed the effective date of a rule requiring employers to post notices informing employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act, from January 31, 2012, to April 30, 2012, to resolve ongoing legal challenges.
