Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Publishes Interim Final Rule on Regulation P

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is seeking public comment on an interim final rule establishing a new Regulation P, which outlines the privacy of consumer financial information, following the transfer of rulemaking authority from seven Federal agencies to the Bureau in 2011.
