FCC Adopts Final Rules for Commission Address Changes and Fee Provisions

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted final rules that update the addresses used by regulators, applicants, and licensees to submit applications and payments, following a recent change by the Commission to its lockbox service provider, and also make non-controversial changes to the Commission's fee provisions.
