Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service to Review High-Cost Universal Service Support Rules

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on its rules for high-cost universal service support for competitive eligible telecommunications carriers, and proposes to eliminate a rule that provides equal support to these carriers and incumbent local exchange carriers.
