The Commission requests comments on a channel substitution proposed by HITV License Subsidiary, Inc. ("HITV"), the licensee of KGMB-DT, pre-transition DTV channel 22, Honolulu, Hawaii. HITV is allotted post-transition DTV channel 9 and requests the substitution of post-transition DTV channel 22 for channel 9 at Honolulu.
