Request for Comments on Extension of Information Collection for Payments to Deceased, Missing, or Incompetent Producers

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) and the Farm Service Agency (FSA) are seeking public input on extending an existing information collection process, which helps determine payments for deceased, missing, or incompetent producers. This process is mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
