FDA Issues Emergency Use Authorizations for In Vitro Diagnostic Devices

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing two Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for certain in vitro diagnostic devices, following a public health emergency declaration due to the Swine Influenza A outbreak, which affects national security. The EUAs contain conditions for the emergency use of authorized in vitro diagnostics.
