FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for New Animal Drug Records and Reports

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule requiring recordkeeping and reporting of experience with approved new animal drugs, specifically on revised Forms FDA 1932 and 1932a, to monitor drug safety and efficacy.
