Bureau of Prisons Proposes Amendment to Regulation on Non-Lethal Force

The Bureau of Prisons is proposing to amend its regulation on the use of chemical agents and non-lethal force to clarify that the Warden's authority to authorize their use cannot be delegated to personnel below the rank of Lieutenant.
