Justice Department Amends Regulations on Countries Whose Agents Lack Commercial Transaction Exemption

The Department of Justice has made two changes to its regulations regarding countries whose agents are not eligible for the legal commercial transaction exemption under 18 U.S.C. 951(d)(4).
