US Establishes Annual Fee for Sellers of Certain Chemical Products to Comply with Combat Methamphetamine Act

The US government has introduced a new annual fee for regulated sellers of certain chemical products, in order to recover costs associated with the Diversion Control Program and ensure compliance with the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005.
