U.S. Imposes Nonproliferation Measures on Foreign Persons, Bans Government Procurement

The U.S. government has determined that certain foreign individuals and entities have engaged in activities warranting penalties under the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act, which restricts the acquisition of goods and technology that could contribute to the development of weapons of mass destruction.
