Vessel Documentation: Lease Financing for Vessels Engaged in the Coastwise Trade

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved a collection-of-information for vessel owners and charterers applying to engage in the coastwise trade under the lease financing provisions of 46 U.S.C. 12119. As a result, the portions of the rule with these requirements became effective on August 29, 2007.
