EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Flutriafol in Soybeans

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a time-limited tolerance for residues of flutriafol, a pesticide used on soybeans, in response to an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The tolerance will expire on December 31, 2010.
