USDA Proposes Update to Privacy Act System of Records for SNAP Disqualification Information

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing an update to its Privacy Act system of records, USDA/FNA-5, to clarify and expand the coverage of records related to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The update aims to improve program integrity and enforcement by consolidating records and integrating them with the Electronic Disqualified Recipient System (eDRS).
