Request for Information and Comments on Research Involving Adult Individuals With Impaired Decision-making Capacity

The Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) is seeking public input on whether additional regulations are needed to protect adult individuals with impaired decision-making capacity in research studies. This request comes in response to recommendations from the National Bioethics Advisory Commission and the National Human Research Protections Advisory Committee.
