Bureau of Indian Affairs and Environmental Protection Agency Reopen Comment Period for Desert Rock Energy Project and Navajo Mine Extension Project

The Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Environmental Protection Agency are extending the public comment period for the draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Desert Rock Energy Project and the Navajo Mine Extension Project in San Juan County, New Mexico, by 30 days, from August 20, 2007, to September 20, 2007.
