BNSF Railway Exemption Granted by Surface Transportation Board
The Surface Transportation Board has granted an exemption to Canadian Pacific Railway for the acquisition and operation of BNSF Railway's rail lines, subject to labor protective conditions, under the Railway Safety Act.
