Internal Revenue Service Proposes Reduction in Paperwork Burden; Requests Public Comment on Form 8921

The US Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed changes to Form 8921, which collects information on applicable insurance contracts, as part of its efforts to minimize paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
