Sierra National Forest to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Motorized Travel Management Plan

The Sierra National Forest will disclose the environmental impacts of proposed changes to motorized travel, including restrictions on public access and the addition of new trails, in an Environmental Impact Statement.
